Bernina 1130 and 1230

Awesome! Wouldn't sew on anything else. Completely spoiled.

My husband bought the first one on Ebay years ago for a Christmas gift. Stumbled across the Bernina 1230 a few years later and couldn't pass it up.

My daughter, 14, is now an excellent sewer.

(Think the Bernina had anything to do with that. :-)

Needs a Viking Sewing Machine

Instead of the Bernina she needs a Viking. They last longer and are better sewing machines. There are some here at http://www.icanhelpsew.com . Get her one of those.

BERNINA 1130

I HAVE HAD MY 1130 FOR ABOUT 25 YEARS WITHOUT ANY REPAIRS NEEDED. EVERYTIME I SAT DOWN TO SEW I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT ALL OVER AGAIN. IT RECENTLY STOPPED WORKING WHICH PUT ME IN COMPLETE DEPRESSION. WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO OLD TO WARRANT REPAIR BY ONE REPAIRMAN. THEN I TOOK IT TO A BERNINA REPAIRMAN IN EAST TEXAS. HE REPAIRED IT FOR ME. NOW I AM ON TOP OF THE WORLD! IHAVE BOUGHT A NEW BERNINA EMBROIDERY COMPUTER AND I HOPE IT SERVES ME AS WELL AS MY BELOVED 1130.
