Bernina 200/730E

I bought the Bernina 200E fully upgraded to a 730E approximately 4 years ago from a local, very reputable dealer. I have just about every foot every made for it, as well as all the accessory hoops.

I LOVE this machine! It has never given me a moment of trouble or down time. Not only does it sew beautifully, but the stitch quality of the embroidery is flawless.

The biggest drawback is the relatively narrow space for rolling up a quilt and stuffing it between the needle and the body of the machine. But, like so many before me, I've done it and achieved decent results. It was a bit time consuming and fiddly, but do-able.

Otherwise, the Bernina 200E machine will be with me for a very long time because it's a dream for garment sewing and reliability.

NEED HELP

NEED HELP

I just bought a Bernina 1630 with 30 feet and 4 little boxes (one for quilting). It has the knee control. I paid $900. I have no experience with a Bernina and the VHS tape came with it. I have no player. Can the VHS be converted to a cd or dvd? Did I get it for a great price?

I just bought the Bernina Bernette 730 for 49.00 at a dealer. I was wondering how old it is. So far it runs good. It is loud. It's in very good condition.

Converting Bernina VHS

Sure it can be converted to a DVD. You can either let do it by professionals at Walmart or similar places or buy yourself a converter and do it yourself.
