Black Pfaff 130 (Early 1950's model)

by Harriet Stanaback
(Grand Rapids, MI.)

The Pfaff 130 was one of the first zig-zag machines. I am the original owner, and have used nothing since.

The Black Pfaff 130 sewing machine will last forever! It's solid.

Besides cleaning and oiling, the only trouble I had, just last year, was on the clutch. Now it's like itself again. We're buddies.

black Pfaff 130
by: Sammie

I just purchased a 130 from the origional owner in Oklahoma. It needs a plug in for the foot petal. I have not tried to use it yet. I am looking for any information available on this machine. I want to use it to teach my 6 year old granddaughter to sew and quilt.

I have an early 1950's pfaff in dark wood foldaway case with a knee operated switch .
it is black in colour and looks like brand new.
If anyone knows anything about it please let me know.
Thank-you
