Brother Innov-is 80 sewing machine

I think I brought a lemon. My Brother Innov-is 80 hasn't worked right since I got it in May 2010.

I took it back to the store I purchased it in Sept 2010 because the hand wheel wouldn't move. They kept it for a month. They had to order a part. The tech mentioned something about it sitting on the ship to long.

I took it back in Feb 2011 because the decorative stitchings weren't working well and it still isn't working good. The store doesn't take returns and the machine is no longer under warranty.

I bought the Innov-is 80 machine for quilting and because it had decorative stitching and cannot use the features. The machine does not feed the fabric, single or layered. I have to pull the fabric through.

I have a Kenmore that is over 30 years old which I have been using. My new machine is taking up space. I need to contact the company for an exchange or a refund at this point.
