Brother LB6800prw

The Brother LB6800prw sewing machine was DIFFERENT. When i first bought it on line from Amazon i thought i was getting a real deal. BUT once i received it i have become very unhappy.

First, I tried to do the so easy connection to download the extra designs to my Brother LB6800prw sewing machine. NOT!

Spoke with the tech over the phone who sent me the same instruction by email that was in the book. That did not help.

Took the machine to the only dealer within 20 miles who has a tech to come in "maybe sometime the next week".

So my experience is not so good. I would not recommend the Brother LB6800prw machine. If i buy another one i will probably get a different kind.
