Brother PE770 sewing machine

I recently purchased the Brother PE770 sewing machine and was very disappointed. The top thread kept getting jammed just like it did when I watched a video demo of it.

The hoop is a pain to pop in and out and the flash drive did not function at all even thought I downloaded the correct files from their website.

After about 6 hours of frustration with the thread breaking constantly I made the decision to return it and look for a better performing machine.

hiya if you watched a demo and the cotton was jamming what possessed you to buy it after that. i certainly wouldn't have.

I just got the PE770 and love it! The stitch quality is wonderful, but it did take a bit of time to get it working properly -- I found the manual hard to understand, but when I did what it said, the machine was great.
