Homemaker sewing machine - possibly 4567

I have a Homemaker sewing machine that I inherited from my grandmother. It has no manual and other then the numbers 4567 printed on the metal plate besides the foot, I do not see anything that identifies the model number of this machine.

I have no manual, no pins and no bobbins and I am trying to find where I can get these things for my machine.

This is an old machine I am assuming by its looks made in the 60 or 70's????
