Husqvarna Sapphire 830

I bought this machine strictly for the quilting features. Have had nothing but problems with it.

The thread keeps breaking or gets loopy underneath. Am going to the dealer to see if I can get any refund.

This machine has taken the joy out of sewing for me. Every time I turn it on wether to mend something simple or start a major project I have to "play the game" of resetting the stitch and fabric, re-threading it, putting in a fresh needle and pray that on this day it works without me "playing the game" five or six times until maybe I can get a straight stitch out of the thing without a bunch of thread on the bottom. I've watched the dvd and read the book and adjusted the tension, cleaned it etc etc etc until I have convinced myself the only real solution to this Sapphire 830 problem is to buy a new motor for my 30 year old Pfaff!
