Janome Harmony 2049

The Janome Harmony 2049 is a nice basic machine.

Pros: I love how convenient the reverse tab is, buttonholes are easy to make, came with walking foot, easy to thread, additional pressure foot lift, and a solid feel to machine.

Cons: There are not many stitch options, but the one thing it does not do well is sew many layers. It starts sewing small stitches when it approaches a layered seam.

Other than that, I like the quality of it overall and am going to purchase another Janome.

The top stitching looks great but the bottom stitching is a mess. What needs to be adjusted to correct this? I have the manual but can't figure it out. Can anyone help? Nreublin@gmail.com

I recently purchased a gently used Janome Harmony 2041. It seems like a great hard working machine. My problem is that the left spool pin seems to be missing. Where do I go to get a replacement? The Janome website is no help at all.

I am earnestly looking for the instruction manuel for my janome harmony machine . Ilove the machine it is light weight therefore I can carry t any were I like .But I have miss placed my manuel and cannot find this model on the internet .If someone can help me I would appreciate it.
