Buyer Beware. I wish I had seen these comments before even going near a Viking. I bought at Snellville Georgia Store in Joann's.

Clerk indicated $100.00 off price of $1009 to encourage me to buy right then. She ran up the sale @ $999.00 or $10.00 instead of $100. I caught the error when I got home and immediately called back.

At first the clerk indicated she needed to determine how to get the credit done in the system. After a week and several calls, and having finally having to contact the independent franchise owner, the owner refused to credit my card and finally offered $100.00 off on new parts for the machine.

Why do I need new parts on a new machine? Well, maybe these complaints are a signal as to why.

Also, I find that the 830 is being replaced by a 835 supposedly only for a color change. These complaints say otherwise. They refused to take the machine back as all purchases are final.
