My Sewing Haven

This is my sewing room (at my job) that I designed, layed out, organized and use everyday. The main objective was make it as effective as possible. My chair has wheels to help eliminate getting up and down non stop all day. I tried to put most everything within reach of my U-shape work area.
My favorite purchase (and the smartest) is the oak tool cart on wheels. Yes, a tool cart. It is actually meant for woodworking tools so all the drawers are lined with felt.
The drawers roll in and out beautifully and they are all organized and loaded full with every sewing notion I could ever need (OK, maybe not every notion, but close to it.)
My cutting table is a heavy duty industrial work table with a shelf below for storage. My machines sit on the same table just a couple feet away from each other as I use them both constantly all day.
The only downside to my sewing room is that I have to set up and take down my ironing board each day. But I am not complaining, I am pretty comfortable with what I have.
