Pfaff Creative 2134

The Pfaff Creative 2134 is my third Pfaff sewing machine in 20 years and I have loved them all and only had one problem with the 2134.

The dealer was on the ball and sent it to the main repair station in Ohio and it took a month to come back but is fine. The Pfaff 2134 machine sews and embroiders beautifully.

The bottom line is if your dealer is not serving you well let the company know and find one that will help you and insist it gets to the proper repair station. If not contact your state attorney general.

These machines are costly and we all want to be able to use them.The company should also hear praises for the many good dealers who are out there.

I also have had several Brother machines and a dealer who would not back me when the machine kept malfunctioning and I might as well have burned over $4000.00 on that one. I didn't know the ropes 12 years ago but would NEVER let a company get away with that again.
