Pfaff Support

I registered on the Pfaff site asking for support and who and where to contact both for email and by phone.

When I get a response I will share it with you all here as it seems that Pfaff is not interested in supporting their product and think it is the dealer's responsibility to help you with a manufacturing problem and defects.

Will see what kind of response I get from Pfaff and when I do I will share it with you all here.

Pffaf in Germany?

Hello,

I moved to Germany and thought I would buy a great Pfaff sewing machine. When I went to the Pfaff store downtown they said they have stopped selling Pfaff due to the fact that the quality is no longer good. Parts are made out of the country and are cheaply made. They now sell Brother.

I have called in more times than I care to remember and NEVER received any help. I was told numerous times there would be a call back to me, but it never happened either!!!

My dealer doesn't know much, so my progress is directly linked to how much the instruction books can teach. They are not very easy to understand either.

Having never owned a different embroidery machine, I can't compare them. But, my son says that the software is the worst he's ever seen and, since he's a computer guy, I believe him!
