Singer 350 Embroidery

Husband bought me a new Singer 350 Embroidery machine. I really loved it. After my bad experience with my Brother machine, this one was amazing. After 18 months of semi heavy use, the machine is now in the shop with multiple problems and constant error messages.

My problem is with the warranty. The warranty repair is only good if you ship the machine to the manufacturer. Even if you take it to an authorized Singer dealer....they will not do warranty repair.

So....what good is a warranty if you have to pay shipping and wait weeks for the repair. I would not have purchased this machine with this type of warranty... Pay attention to those warranties...

hi lena, this is the first i have heard of i a warranty. usually the machine is done in the shop you bought it from. was this in the small print, that's why you didn't notice it. this is certainly something to look out for in the future. thanks for that love. kindest regards helena
