Singer CE350 and Xl10000

by Betty Edwards
(Florence, S.C.)

The Singer CE350 is great for smooth sewing and even stitches. Does embroidery work beautifully.

Attachments are easy to use and remove from the machines. I never oil my machines and the simplicity is actually built into these machines.

I have 17 machines and most of them are Singers. I do have 2 Viking that are about 25 years old, but I truly love my Singers.

The embroidery stitches are great and makes beautiful designs. The CE350 will take fonts from other brand machines.

Singer CE350 sewing and embroidery
by: D. Wilcox

I have always thought that when buying a sewing machine, look for the Singer name. BUT............I bought my third Singer, a CE 350 sewing and embroidery machine. This is a computerized machine that one can use USB to connect to your PC and download some pretty neat designs.

I currently have a Hewlett Packard laptop using Windows 7. Guess what.....Singer does not have a driver for Windows 7!!!!!!!! So,.....I have an expensive nice looking, potential machine that I cannot use and is an oversized paper weight! If anyone is having the same problem, email me.

Power comes in numbers. Maybe we can force them to get a driver for our Windows 7. I'm at my wits end and am stunned that Singer would do this. I have tried to get a direct answer to this from Singer but to no avail. drwilcox@verizon.net

This is one of the best machine's that Singer ever made. I only wish we could get parts for it. I have two of them and would buy another if I could fine one.
