Singer Futura machine

I have been sewing for a number of yrs and have always used a Singer machine, so of course when I needed a new embroidery machine I chose Singer Futura.

I love this machine. It took a while to get use to it and I do feel like they could have made the manual a little more user friendly.

Through trial and error, the Futura machine is now my very favorite machine.

I have great tech support from the Singer store in my area, which is great and why I didn't buy this machine online.

Constant problems with my Singer Futura

I have had so many problems with the Singer Futura machine. The first machine that was shipped to me the USB port was bad. So that sent me a new machine. This machine is in the shop every month.

It has tension problems and the bobbin is constantly spinning out of the track. Every time I take it in it cost me at least $50.00. I will not buy another Singer machine!

Singer CE 350

Bought this machine because I wanted to do embrodiery. It has been nothing but a headache, I have had it back to the dealer three times. Each time they tell me it is fixed only to find after several uses the machine again will not return to the neutral postion. It is great for just stitching but that is not way I bought the machine. I didn't find it to be real user friendly when it does work. I am now going to try and trade it in. I can't deal with a machine that only works for two or three designs and then breaks again.

Will Never buy a Singer

Had this machine. Had a very hard time getting my money back on it. It never worked right and was nothing but a headache. Finally got my money and got me a Bernina. Best machine ever. In fact I have 4 Bernina machines now.
