Singer Quantum CE-200

I just received the Singer Quantum CE-200 sewing machine as a gift for Christmas.

I took it real slow as it was not compatible with Windows Vista, after four attempts to get it downloaded, I thought it was great, now I could begin to embroider.

I have embroidered 3 (small) items and hemmed 5 pairs of pants.

I then attempted to embroider a shirt to have the thing jam up on me several times and after several times I discovered that the feed dog control would not stay lowered but kept popping up after just a handful of stitches and causing a jam.

Needless to say I am not very happy with the Singer Quantum CE-200.
